Reminder: 20cm is small (That's right. The metric system.)

20cm is the size of a very small kickball or one of those cheap balls you can buy at a dollar store. No issue with the quality of the product although the "inflate tub" is a cocktail straw and the plug looks like a Starbucks lid plug. More difficult that it should be to keep air inside. Includes a DVD that you probably won't use.

great ball, great workout

ordered this with hesitation but i love it! I'm in pretty good shape but recently moved and not going to the gym like i used to. i did the workout video that came with core ball and my abs were on fire. great ball, great workout!

Not as elastic as I expected

I expected the material to be bouncier and more elastic, like the GoFit ProBall stability ball, which I love. Instead it's as stiff as a playground ball, and 4 times as expensive. Update: I got the blue Stott Pilates mini ball as a replacement. That one is is nice and elastic, like a mini version of a Swiss ball.

Product Not as Described

I ordered the Core Ab Ball to add a level to my home workouts. The description of the product indicates a training DVD is included. Because of this and the fact that my laptop is newer and does not have a DVD/CD component, I also purchased an external DVD/CD so I could view the training DVD. There is NO training DVD included with the Core Ab Ball. There is a small manual, with tiny black and white pictures. The movements are not discernible. The odd exercise has an extremely brief description. The company should update the description of the product and either update the manual or actually provide a DVD.
