Works great for travel and keeps skin smooth and soft
This works great, especially for travel since it’s compact. Like the other reviews say, the contents are hard to get out at first but that’s because it’s coconut oil. All you need to do is run the bottle under warm water and shake it up. It’ll dispense just fine. I put mine in the shower to warm up while I do my thing. By the time I get out, it’s ready to use. It soaks into the skin nicely. I use it at night and by the morning, I re-apply (especially for 3rd trimester).

Heat before use for easier application!
This stuff is pretty thick and hard to get out of the package. I found that heating some water in a mug to about 140 degrees Fahrenheit and then soaking the tube for a few minutes helps liquify the cream and make it easier to apply. Definitely use a towel though, because it may come out faster than you think! It did not stain my towel even though there are oils in it (pre-treated with Shout and washed normally). I’m using this for perineal massage, I haven’t had the baby yet so no idea if it is helping, but it seems like it may help and shouldn’t cause harm.

Mommy Must Have!
The Frida Mom line of products are a must have for soon to be and new moms! Not only are the products fantastic, but I love the wording on the packaging. It shows the REAL of motherhood! The Stretch Prep Balm was perfect for using to moisturize after a bath or shower! It helped a lot as well when my belly was stretching, and I’d get itchy! Definitely helped relieve the itch and keep my stretch marks at bay. I had some marks from my first pregnancy, and I noticed no new marks after my second!

Love the product, hate the packaging
Product is fantastic, I use it everyday in the shower, helps get rid of the greasy feeling while still providing moisture to my skin and minimizing itchiness as my belly stretches. However, the little holes the packaging offers really makes it difficult to get the product out of the tube. No amount of shaking/squishing/de clogging/banging on the counter helps. Why not have a flip top like any regular lotion? Why make the packaging so much of a hassle? And making me waste product and money because I simply can’t get it out? Very annoyed.

It’s okay.
The thing about coconut oil is that when it’s cold it turns into a solid. This tube makes it really hard to work with cold coconut oil. The amount of time I spend trying to warm it up I’m the morning is just obnoxious. I personally think just buying organic coconut oil would be just as effective and less of a hassle. I’m going to use my tube up, but I won’t be buying again.

Love it but locks up during cold
Love the blend of ingredients, kept me from getting many stretch marks during pregnancy because I used it every day. BUT the coconut oil will harden when it’s cold and it’s nearly impossible to get the product out without running under warm water

Gritty and hard to squeeze
Not sure if the product is meant to be this way or mine just sat in a warehouse too long. Love that it can moisturizer but it leaves a greasy feel which gets on my clothes. Also the bottle was super hard to squeeze out. It’s Like the product melted inside and just couldn’t get through the squeeze hole. It also felt crusty and grainy almost like it was meant to be a sugar scrub or something. It was alright but I didn’t order another one.
