Runs super small

Item received seemed like good quality but runs extremely small. We have a 16 month old that weighs 18 lbs and she could barely fit in the bottoms. We ordered size 18m .

Runs waaayyyy too small! Pretty design But the material is horrible!! Goodness! The first wash was a nightmare, it had millions of lint balls... I don’t even wanna tell you how much worst it got after the second wash. Let me just say, don’t buy it! Don’t waste ur money
