Beautiful but they are painful

These shoes are beautiful leather and style and I’m going to keep them. I’m going to figure out a way to fix the problem….although there shouldn’t be a problem. They are extremely painful beneath my ankle bone although the leather strap is soft. I believe the discomfort is caused by the bottom layer of Velcro. It is very stiff and cuts into the ankle bone area. I think it would be fine if the Velcro was a little bit offset and didn’t come all the way to the top edge of the soft leather strap. This is a beautiful sandal and I can see that it would be extremely comfortable except for that bottom piece of Velcro. At first I thought the problem was the metal buckle but it isn’t. This may not apply to anyone other than me.

Got this shoe as a gift for my friend. She loves it and get lots of compliments when she wears it.

Very comfortable

These sandals are somewhat hard at first between the toes, but after wearing them once or twice, they don't bother anymore. they are very pretty and look good in pants or skirts. I really love them

Sandals/too small

I, place this order for my niece that live far away. I'll like to know if, I can return them they was too small for her, I'm just receiving them back from her.

The leather is really stiff.

I really liked the look of the show and loved the color, but they were a little too big and the leather was so stiff I was pretty sure I'd get blisters from the edges of the straps. I returned them.

Considered keeping

Received from Amazon Shopper. I like the look, interesting, colorful, but in a subdued way. I have skinny feet, so my foot just flopped around inside the sandal even with velcro straps pulled tight. Might have kept them, but safety issue for me. I would definitely have tripped or fallen from the shoe being too loose. Not comfortable or interesting enough for me to take the chance. Still, I would certainly compliment someone I saw wearing them. Interesting.

Weird fitting

I’m bummed that these don’t fit! Franco Sarto is my favorite shoe brand, so I was excited for these. However, they fit very strangely. They are pretty narrow, but that wasn’t my issue. The strap Velcro was a nice touch. They have a strap in between the toes (like a flip-flop), and that forces your foot to go back in the sandal which makes them not fit correctly. I just can’t get my toes further to the top of the sandal. The quality is amazing though!

Front strap a little tight, guess it will stretch with time and wear

Somehow the sandals were much nicer in the photo, I still like them very much. The front strap is a little tight. I made this purchase to go on a trip with so I haven’t actually wore them as yet, only tried them on. I would recommend this product, they are strong, cute, and well constructed. I think it was a great price for this kind of sandal.

Cute but very narrow even for a “wide” fit

I’m going away soon and need a pair of sandals that are semi-casual. I have borderline wide feet. I can fit into a regular width shoe fine usually but a wide fit is more comfortable. I got these in an 8 WIDE and I couldn’t even get them on. They are cute and I wish they had worked out. If you have regular feet I’m sure they will work but if you have wide feet these probably will not work even when you order wide. Length seemed to be about right so I would recommend ordering your usual shoe size.

first ordered 9.5W-too small/reordered 10W still narrow but too long ☹️

Had ordered a size 9.5W-my normal size (too small) then ordered a 10W (way too long and still a narrow fit) I will now have to sell as I had thrown the box away thinking they would fit fine. ☹️

Makes a bit of noise when walking

Very comfortable, excellent quality but makes a squish squish noise of air escaping with every step.

The straps on the sandal did not allow my foot to move to the end of the top of the sandal - stop very tight and stiff.
