Good lenght and good size for a small kid
It is super inexpensive and very durable. The handle could be a little smaller, the barrel could be a little softer, and the bat could be a little lighter, but it is a good length and size for a small kid. My kids are 5 and 7, and they love it. Those little kid bomb-bats are too short, too clunky, and way too cheaply made. The little kid wiffle bat is too short and way too small for a kid to hit anything. This is a nice middle ground. The bat is not perfect, but it is a pretty good mix of what you want for kids who are maybe 4-8. We take our wiffle ball pretty seriously, and this is far and away the best I have seen for that age range.

I was looking for a whiffle ball bat that would generally replicate the size of a traditional Little League bat for my kids. (The yellow traditional whiffle ball bats are too long and narrow, and others are comically oversized or adult-sized in length.) This bat was the perfect length and barrel size, and I have been very impressed with how dense and strong the plastic walls are. It's still a hollow bat like any other whiffle ball bat, but it seems far sturdier. I've been using the SKLZ Impact Baseballs - instead of traditional plastic whiffle balls - with my kids, and the bat is performing excellently. If you're looking for a long-lasting whiffle ball bat that will approximate a real-life Little League bat in terms of length and barrel size for kids ranging in age from 6 to 16 years old, this is the bat for you.

Much better than the Blue Barrel one
WOW this is a much better product than the blue barrel brother also sold on this page. Although cost more, the thickness of the plastic is so much stronger. If you use it for wiffleball or other plastic balls you will not be disappointed.

Good quality for a lightweight bat
Good light weight bat for a beginner. Nice and large sized for my big 7 yr old. I didn’t want a hard bat so the ball would stay in the backyard. I bought soft (safety) baseballs and they both are perfect for that.

Great bat, best plastic one I've seen. But ours wasn't quite straight.
I like this plastic bat because it's closer in shape to a "real" bat, but slightly shorter than full size, so is a good length for elementary age kids. I'm taking off a star because our bat was not straight. This bat weighs more than the narrow whiffle bats, but is still light enough that your kids can't accidentally brain each other. If you connect on a whiffle brand ball it will travel a good distance.

This bat is great. Be aware that the ball can take a beating since this bat is heavier than a regular wiffle bat. You will need more space too.

Util pero se doblo
Es plastico duro, al inicio todo bien sin embargo después de varios usos el plastico se termino doblando y aunque todavía se puede usar para jugar se marco, quedo como hundido.
