Great puzzle for any Mustang owner

As a proud Mustang owner, general car enthusiast, puzzler, and really appreciated the chronological detail and subject matter of this puzzle. At the time of this review I haven’t put it together yet but my wife and especially enjoy working on puzzles together as a way to help keep our minds sharp and love ones that are challenging but not impossible to do - this fits that category perfectly.

It actually has the gen 3 s550 for the big car on the bottom. Which in my case was a nice surprise.

Really fun to do it

It was a little challenging and fun to do it. the only thing I don't like. Is the small latters. The description for each car is so small that is really hard to read it.

Nice quality and challenging puzzle

Quality puzzle! Similar in quality to Ravensburger puzzles such as nice cardboard with no puzzle dust and good picture imprinting. The pieces are cut differently as they are not always standard, interlocking pieces of the same size. However, this makes the puzzle sometimes more challenging and sometimes easier. Sounds strange but let me explain: sometimes you have no idea what type of piece will fit, but other times it is obvious such as "look for a piece that is white with a slightly curved edge on the left and is long and narrow" and woo-lah! There's only one piece sitting in the box that obviously matches. The picture is challenging to put together as you really have to pay attention to car color, words, and piece shapes. And somewhat educational when done. See how the classic Mustang evolved and when looking at the styles over the years, you can understand why the Mustang was so popular. Also, it's different from the usual landscape or painting puzzles which I have grown tired of. FYI, I am an elderly lady so this puzzle can be fun for the gals as well as the guys.

Great gift Idea

My dad loves mustangs, lots of cars really but especially mustangs. I got this for him for his birthday gift and when he opened it he looked really interested with all the different models and he did the puzzle within 4 days. It was a great gift for him and was something to keep him busy. Great quality and great purchase!!

Great family fun for car lovers!

Our family had a wonderful time working this Ford Mustang puzzle together. There are several car aficionados among us and they had a blast matching the cars to their descriptions. This puzzle is finished and ready to be Modge-podged and framed. We also enjoyed the Lamborghini puzzle and I had it framed for my grandson. I have just ordered the Dodge Charger puzzle.

Fun puzzle to build

So fun to put together. My fiance is a mustange guy and he loved this gift. Pieces were a great size, not too big or small. The variety of colors made it a bit easy but being a 1000 piece puzzle still made it alittle challenging. I would say its medium for challange level.

Have ordered this puzzled twice and both times the same piece is missing

EDIT: and the first puzzle ordered there was a piece missing I thought not a big deal I just re-ordered it my father got the new puzzle went to put it together and the same piece is missing from the second puzzle! This is really disappointing considering what a wonderful time he had with his grandkids putting it together Great project for a mustang lover! My dad , his grandkids and great grandkids t work on when it’s to hot outside! They even framed it? Looks great.

Great subject matter, but very badly manufactured!

I also bought this as a gift for my husband, he's a lifelong Mustang fan and I thought this is perfect! He got it out the box to get started and immediately it was obvious that a large number of the pieces were still joined together. Not being someone who gives up easily, he separated the pieces (tricky) and carried on trying to complete the jigsaw. Hours later, and after much frustration he had to give up. The pieces were so poorly cut that none of them fitted together properly and made something that was supposed to be enjoyable thoroughly hateful! I'm so disappointed with this purchase. We've NEVER before had a jigsaw that we couldn't complete, especially not one that had been so badly manufactured. I've contacted Eurographics with a complaint, but so far haven't received a reply.

Poor production

Bought for my husband's birthday - we like the puzzle, however, large numbers of pieces were still joined together, in the spirit of a puzzle we separated them which, of course, left unclean edges. The majority of the rest are not clean cut either, very "furry", and so it is extremely difficult to put the them together. I suspect we will become so frustrated by it that we will give up.This is the first Eurographics puzzle I have purchased and the first puzzle I have had with this problem. Incidentally my husband's comment was "Typical of Ford, very poor panel fit."
