Nice looking shoe runs small

I bought this shoe (in blue) in a size 9 two years ago and was impressed with the product. I added the gray and black shoe in the same size but could barely fit my foot into it. I returned the shoe for a size 10 which is still somewhat tight. This is a nice shoe but be aware the product runs at least a size too small.

A Sand Trap That Can't be Cleaned

I was very disappointed by this shoe as it first appeared to be great before any use. I had to return the first pair I received due to one of the inserts having a melted section of foam. This left a cavity and was uncomfortable. I bought another pair though because I was pleased by the fit and more sturdy shoe like design than most flimsy water shoes. With my new pair and old pair both had some of the drain holes covered as if they were not cut out (pictured). I had to carefully remove the excess rubber. After just a few hours in the shoes the inserts were completely collapsed in on the structure of the sole. It is a rubber structure with gaps and a webbing overtop in order to allow water through. An awful design because I can feel the empty spaces when the inserts loose their firmness. Then just 1 step in the sand means this cavity fills with sand and some makes its way through the mesh. The shoes have an empty structure with mesh overtop so you cant clean it and the only access is the tiny holes on the bottom. This structure captures sand permanently. I had just a few steps in sand before having to clean them out. They are really poorly designed and the sand is nearly impossible to clean when trapped. Using a hose, air compressor, and vacuum I got most of it out, but all is impossible. I was not even as a beach, this was a rocky shore which has just some small pockets of sand. I would not recommend these to anyone as sand, small gravel, and dirt is forever stuck inside the shoe.

Nice kick around shoes

Bought these for running around town. A little loose but makes them easy to slip on. Little to no arch support and you feel a lot of the ground. They have held up well to minor scuffles. Color goes with about everything. I have not worn them in wet conditions yet. For the price, they are a good buy.

The Price is Right

So far so good....I haven't used them in the water or sand yet so we'll see how everything holds up. Color and stitching are true to what is shown in Ad. Very lightweight and doesn't offer any real arch support. For the price you really can't go wrong.

Great yard working shoes

Love these shoes for garden work. Comfortable and light weight. They get pretty grubby from yard work and wearing them in my garden pond. I throw them in the wash and good as new and they dry in no time. I’m on my second pair in 4 years

Wow

I’ve tried so many water shoes around this price range for kayaking and found these to be the best. These are well worth more than what you pay. The fit is good but I like my shoes a full to half size small so they stretch from break-in. They stay on the heel in silt, rocks and in the kayak. They have an unexpected amount of traction on slippery rocks even though I don’t think they are some bizarre high friction compound like in climbing shoes. I will definitely buy these again!!!

Vacation must have!

These hydro shoes are great for excursions while on vacation. Holes on the bottom permit water to drain through, so your feet are not super soggy. The bf said that occasionally he'd get a rock through the holes, but it wasn't too big of a deal, they were usually tiny pebbles. They worked great for our waterfall tour where we hiked through the forest and jumped off cliff's and waterfalls into the river. He also used them for our white water rafting trip. Definitely a must have for land/water excursions.

Pretty good shoe

Used these for fishing sandy flats. Lots of grit gets into the shoe but I found wearing a pair of sacrificial socks fixed any real discomfort

Buen zapato

Es buen calzado para ir de campamento, se seca rápido y lo puedes meter en donde quieras. Malo es en la playa que la arena se mete entre sus poros y va dañando la tela, pero para ir entre piedras babosas funciona bien. Deben pedirlo una talla mas grande, me quedo un poco corto en los dedos y aporrea al tiempo de uso.
