Easy to assemble, clean crisp classy look. Bright light. Love how it looks in my living room.

What a nightmare this lamp was. 1/ Package arrived on time, but like the size of a wide coffin. It was huge and very difficult to maneuver into my front door. The lamp box was inside a huge Amazon box. No fillers inside this huge box to protect the lampbox during shipping..Lampbox was loose inside the huge box. Pointless. 2/ After taking longer than it should have to assemble, it looked great. BUT, There are no step by step directions, only assembly parts with arrows. Good luck figuring the directions out. 3/ After putting the lampshade on, I slowly unwrapped the plastic protective wrap only to discover stains and drops of glue on it. 4/ I contacted Amazon assistant right away to help me with a lampshade replacement. Got absolutely no where with that robot. Only had return options. I DIDN'T WANT TO RETURN, I WANTED TO INQUIRE ABOUT A POSSIBLE REPLACEMENT OF THE SHADE!! I'm not disassembling the lamp packing it up in the monstrosity size box it was shipped in, stuffing it in my car and lugging it into return center. All I wanted was infornation about replacing the shade. 5/ Searched for seller contact information about the lampshade issue prior to issues below, found none. 6/ Next, I screwed in the light bulb. Plugged the lamp in and it doesn't work! It's not the lighbulb because it works in other lamps. 7/ Tried to remove the bulb and it's stuck! I contacted a neighbor to help me and he couldn't get the bulb out either. 8/ What to do? This piece of garbage is going where it belongs, with all the useless cardboard it was shipped in to the dump! $100 of my hard earned money down the tubes. I am beyond upset. Unecessary bs over a floor lamp? Seriously Amazon? What happened to human being customer service agents? Move on and try your luck on a different lamp because this one is a dud.
