Great item but awful packaging.

This item is up to the usually high quality standards of Ekena Millwork, however I can only give it two stars because of the absolutely terrible packaging. One of the ones I ordered arrived broken and missing a piece. The replacement arrived broken into four pieces! PLEASE package these better!!

The product it lightweight and is somewhat fragile which is fine for my purposes. It did arrive broken though so the seller needs to pkg it better.

Good product if you manage to get it one piece.

my one star rating is not for the product itself ( it is good and as described) but it is with Amazon shipping. I ordered 40 pieces and they keep sending them in patches of 4 or 6 every few days. but most importantly they are not packed properly so end up with more than half of them arrived broken or warped. and cycle continues with the replaced items which also arrived damaged.
