Don’t buy these
So yes, they are easy to install by themselves but if you’re looking at matching up to the moulding? Nope, thickness doesn’t match up, nor does the height. Could be a problem with the moulding itself but it requires a laptop of filler to make it look natural. Safe the money, google crown moulding angles and save your money

Not a perfect match to the moulding profile
These are convenient and easy to put up and spare a lot of time fussing with a perfect miter. However: 1. If the room isn’t perfectly square the corners don’t fit right. 2. The profile doesn’t perfectly match the moulding, either on the inside or the outside corner pieces. (For that matter the moulding pieces don’t 100% match each other either.) For a 9’ or 10’ ceiling it might be difficult to tell, but for the 8’ ceiling in the room I did it’s easy to see. It’s going to take a lot of labor to smooth out the joints with sandpaper and filler.

Did not get the one I ordered
LOVE the product and the extra character it adds to my ceilings. I have used this product several times; however, when I reordered the last time, I got a different design. Fortunately, I was able to make it work in the place that I put it. I still love it. Light weight and looks great!

It saved my carpenter a lot of time and looks very professional.

Light and easy to install
looks like ordinary crown molding without all the bulk. Easily flexes around a slight curve. Easy to carve out the back door uneven surfaces. I actually cut this with a steak knife... it's that easy. Put it up with a few tack nails and some caulking adhesive. Ironically, I think this is the same material as my insulation panels.

Easy to mount molding, looks great.
Great molding. Was super easy to cut, mitre and cope the ends. Light and easy to handle on your own. Only complaint was some inconsistencies in thickness by maybe an 8th of an inch.

Lightweight paintable
This product was very light and clean. I used it on a fireplace mantle rebuild and it came out great.
