From my Mom: It goes smoothly over tree roots without a wobble!

(Continued from Mom): And snow! And grass! And mud! And gravel! And of course, on house floors and concrete! And the bag is fairly roomy! And it folds side to side, so I can fold it partway to get through narrow store aisles, etc! And it’s built for my height! (I’m 5’0”, and I got the Hemi style.) I sat on it outside for an hour today, and it was quite comfortable. It feels extremely stable, well-balanced, and very sturdy, which is good since I weigh 220 lbs and I fall a lot. My 80-lb dog can’t pull it over when he walks with me, whether I’m walking or stop to sit on it. The brakes work very well, both rolling and parking. It’s not super easy to lift into and out of my car trunk (my muscles are not in the best shape), but I can manage it without help. I know this sounds like I work for the company’s PR department, but I really cannot say enough good things about this device. I researched dozens of rollators, and I was convinced by reading many of the reviews on Amazon, as well as several websites of Best Rollators of 2023. I’m an engineer, so I know good design and construction, and this is both. It was well worth every penny. I expect this product to last for many years. I’m so pleased! I only have 2 complaints, and both are trivial: (1) the cane holder and cup holder accessories are sold separately. They appear to be very flimsy plastic, and this is borne out by their reviws. I think they were made by a different company. I’ll have to rig up something else, which will be tricky, as the structural bars on the Drive are rectangular, not tubular. (2) the Hemi (short) size only comes in black. The Standard and Tall sizes come in black, red, or white. I was hoping for bright blue or purple. Story of my vertically-challenged life. Sigh. TLDR: This device is fantastic. Run - do not walk - and buy it! You won’t be disappointed.

Almost perfect

This is my third rollator, but first in a petite size. I see what I was missing by having two that were oversized for me. I do not like the low seat. For safety reasons, I dress and undress while seated. In this one, I can not even see my face in the vanity mirror over the bathroom sink! The seat is too narrow, front to back, also. I kept my old rollator for dressing and undressing. Would give no stars for seat, five for remainder. I haven’t tried sitting while outside but think I would have a big problem rising from the low seat with my arthritic knees!

Easy to use and transport

Very sturdy! Hand brakes are useful, adjustable height, rear pouch for holding everything…keys, water. Large wheels make for a smooth ride. Many useful features.

Wow, way better than all the others!

Most walkers are like another with subtle differences, NOT this one. All worth the $100 upsell for design, quality, and functionality. Also, NO assembly required, and it truly is lightweight. Easy to fold and unfold. I really like the self contained brake cables which eliminates getting hung up on things likes stuff in narrow shopping isles, and bushes. This is the one to have unless you need a standup modle.

Good for a 5'4" person

I originally purchased the standard version of this walker and it was too tall. You should adjust the handle grips to be at your wrist when your arm is straight at your side and the standard model was too tall. Also on the standard model with the handles at the lowest position, the brakes were too close to the wheel and touched a little on one side. They were also very hard to engage. I returned that model and got the short model. Based on other reviews, I thought the smaller version would be too short. It is not too short. It is perfect. I even have the handles set in the middle position, and not at the tallest position like I was expecting. Compared to my previous walker with 8" hard wheels, this is a dream. The larger 10" wheels with a rubber surface roll over sidewalk cracks and little pebbles with ease. It is also easier to get around in my back yard over grass and flagstone paths. The instructions warn you to stay on flat, level services, so be very careful on other terrain as you can tip on uneven surfaces, as with any walker. The seat is very comfortable. The back rest is a little too far back, but I prefer that to to another walker I have where it is too close. It is easier to navigate curbs and steps with the larger wheels. I don't use the right-side curb step feature as I can't put full weight on my left side. My sister, who has no walking issues, commented on how it seemed much easier to roll around with the bigger rubber wheels. It came fully assembled which is convenient. The bag is roomy. I really lean on walkers and it feels very sturdy.

The Drive rollator is very maneuverable, fitting into and getting out of tight corners, like around a bed. It is exceedingly sturdy and safe to operate. Lock the breaks whenever not in use. It has been a game-changer. Thank you.

Impossible to order the correct size because it isn't listed!

It's great, but we have to return it because the website doesn't tell you which size you're ordering. The Hemi height turned out not to be tall enough, but I can't find the size information on any of the listings on Amazon for this product. Very frustrating.

Nice but seat is low

This is a nice walker, easy to use, easy to collapse and not too heavy. Biggest issue is the seat height is not adjustable. I would not purchase it again.

Light and easy to use

Bought this for my 80 year old dad who has difficulty walking. He’s able to easily apply the brakes and even fold up the chair on his own. We really like the extra large wheels which makes it easier for the sidewalk and uneven surfaces.
