Looks fine, easy to install but feels flimsy

This doorknob works perfectly fine and are was easy to install. However, it is very, very light and feels flimsy. I'm planning to try to find something more substantial to use instead.

i like the look and color but they feel cheap. they are light weight and lack that solid feel of the more expensive brand.

Exactly what I wanted

All our current door knobs we’re having problems (other brands). These came quickly and were easy to replace others with. Quality product, really happy with them.

Nice handle but pieces missing and lack of support

Installed ok but the product came missing one of the two long screws that hold the handles together. Fortunately the screws from the handle we were replacing kind of fit, but it isn't as solid or secure. I contacted Design House and it took them almost a month to even respond to my initial inquiry. They asked for an address and I provided it. It's now been almost another month and nothing - no further replies, no package. It really shouldn't be this hard to get 1 screw they left out in the first place. Amazon did offer to replace the entire package but that would mean leaving a hole in my door (the old handle is too broken to go back in) so not exactly an attractive solution over something that should be extremely easily fixable.
