Perfect, save for the stand.
Excellent, well detailed, quality model. If only they could make the cheap plastic stand a little more substantial, thus correcting the balance, this would be easily a 5 star product.

Great Baron
My son loves planes and has begged for a Red Baron. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package because this plane is heavy duty. In other words it’s very nicely made and sturdy which is excellent for a kid.

Top Wing Completely Broken Off
The top wing was completely broken off on my plane too. I just Super Glued it back on rather than returning the plane. Very poor quality, disappointed.

Wings Broke on 2 Planes = 1 Sad Little Boy!
What I loved about the Red Baron model plane was that it was a wonderful collectible item for my 6 year old grandson who has recently discovered WWI planes. His favorite, of course is the Red Baron but as his mom CAREFULLY removed the plastic box from the plane, the top wing popped off. We have the 1st one scheduled to return, but this new one that arrived today, did the same thing. It wasn't from him playing with it, it broke as they tried to, again I will emphasize, CAREFULLY remove the plastic packaging.

Great, but fragile
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and detail of this item, but heed the reviews: This plane is FRAGILE and definitely not a toy! I accidentally dropped it and a few pieces broke off. Thankfully I was able to fix it with some glue and it's good as news. It's surprisingly heavy for it's size and would recommend using some hot glue on the stand to ensure it doesn't fall off.

For Display Only / NOT a TOY
My 2 year old son loves the Red Baron from the peanuts movie and airplanes. I thought it being diecast that it would be solid. My son dropped it once and it smashed to a million pieces. All of Daron brand planes break easily even the commercial planes that are meant for playing with wings have broken off. I read the views too ahead of time but thought how can diecast break so easily? Maybe they were super rough.

es un producto muy bonito.. lo que me gusta es q son muy solidos..en este caso me lo imaginaba con un color mas rojo pero es naranja.. pero aún así es muy bonito..
