Really nice sheath
The media could not be loaded. Just wished it fit my XP11R. Fits my streamlight stron. Nice. So I love it for my streamlight . Arrived on time.

Update - I contacted Coast customer service to ask what's the appropriate holster for the HP8R. They replied that the S40 is the one to buy, not the S30. I checked the Coast web site, searched for the HP8R and found that yes indeed the S40 is the right one. I have no idea why they claim the S30 will fit a 6" flashlight, they must get lots of complaints about that. BTW the price is about $3.00 cheaper if your order it directly from Coast, and that includes shipping and taxes. Now if they would just do something about the velcro....... *************************** Annoying. I'd give three stars because of the silly velcro closure that wears out in a year or so - the rest of the holster is good for much longer than that (I had to install a snap on my previous holster after the velcro died). I knew about the velcro going in, so I'm not complaining about it. Going from three stars to two because they lie about the size. My flashlight is a Coast HP8R, 6" long by 1.5" diameter. This holster is supposed to fit but it won't close. It says right on the package that it will hold a 6" flashlight. Not even close. I'll return it (if they'll take it back - had to cut open the sealed pack) and buy the next size larger. Hopefully that matches the one that came with the flashlight, which fit perfectly. No way to tell ahead of time - the holster has a model number ("S30" in this case) but there's no label on the holster itself so I don't know what model my old one is. Dumb.

Good Sheath
Works fine. The flashlight stays put and doesn't get bumped on accidentally. Kinda clunky, but I think that is the nature of the beast. Would order again.

Perfect fit for the coast XP9R
Well built sheath to store and or carry the flashlight. As noted in the title I have submitted photos to show how well the Coast XP9R fits into this sheath. Although it could be done due to the length of sewn in velcro on the sheath I personally would not use it for a larger flashlight. With all said I would definitely recommend this item for purchase.

Needs to be a deeper
I found that it was small for my flash light , even though it was the one that was recommended . I also find that my light kept turning on when I was working ...so I glued a piece of hard plastic at the base so it wouldn’t turn on ....success !

Works for coast flashlight
This is great to replace the one I’ve had for 5 years. The Velcro doesn’t hold for long but it fits great.
