Totally executive

Great pockets - everything zips shut so safe from falling objects. I travel and it is great to not worry about loosing stuff when I throw it in overhead Also has sleeve that lets it slip on roller bag - very handy for airport

Disastrous Product, Horrible Seller

In the course of two months of use, multiple zippers fell off and one of the clasps that holds the straps on the back broke, leaving an extremely sharp and dangerous point before eventually falling off, leaving the backpack utterly useless. Extremely poor quality and not as advertised. The seller, Luggage Pros, is not standing by the quality of a bag I paid quite a bit of money to purchase. They advised me to contact the manufacturer instead, but I do not want a replacement as I no longer trust the brand nor the seller. Definitely do NOT order this so-called "executive backpack", and I would recommend not ordering from Luggage Pros as well. Hiding behind a 30 day return policy instead of taking back a clearly defective item after two months is not the sign of an honest merchant.
