The one I was missing
As an avid cook I have almost every tong and spoon there may be, but this tweezer are the only ones I really needed, I can even turn around my pizza with these, old tong had this silicone pieces on the very end that got loose, whilst these tweezers are made of metal no risking loosing a piece on the cooking process

It takes a strong hand to use this
I didn't realize how "stiff" these are. I purchased these to drop chicken nuggets into hot oil. I got tired of burning myself by using a fork to drop the nuggets. I have been looking around a little thinking there has to be something that would be perfect for this. I had entertained the idea of using two chopsticks, but then I ran across these. I did look at several different ones and needed to make sure they were long enough to keep my hands away from the hot oil and to grip the nuggets so they wouldn't prematurely drop into the oil causing it to splash. These are okay for the job, but not the greatest, just because they are hard to squeeze. Unfortunately because they are so hard to squeeze, I did drop a couple of them before I was ready to let them go. I make my own nuggets so I have to "float" them in the oil before letting go so they don't stick to the basket. I only need about 10 seconds, but I found it hard to hold pressure on these for that long. I do have some arthritis in my hands that makes it even harder. But I didn't get burned this time. There is that. They are not specifically designed for this purpose, so I can't fault them for not quite solving my problem. They are high quality and are probably awesome for doing what they were made for. They are just not the best solution for my problem.

Require good grip strength
I had purchased these to use with a hotpot/grill combo for turning things on the grill and putting thinly sliced meats into the boiling stock. Other reviews from similar products had me wary because they mentioned the other products breaking, so i wanted to make sure I picked something durable. I ended up choosing these and, my goodness they are QUITE durable indeed and very easy to clean. I used them with some actual grilling and burnt sauce was just wiped off after leaving them to sit for 30ish minutes. But my soft baby hands hurt significantly after using these for a short amount of time and my carpal tunnel flares up as well. You need a VERY strong grip to use these for any period of time. If you have weak hands, delicate hands, or arthritis I definitely would NOT recommend this pair of tongs. Go for something finer and less sturdy.

Good for more than the grill
These are great tongs for the kitchen too, used for making pasta. Was easy to pluck out a piece to check doneness. Construction is superior to all my other tongs, solid metal sides. These are top notch regardless of price. But at current price you won't regret buying these. I'm buying a second one because they're so good.

El instrumento que no sabías que necesitabas
Estas pinzas son de esas cosas que no sabes que necesitas hasta que las usas. El control que da sobre la manipulación de los alimentos es ideal, casi como usar los dedos; además que el mango es suficientemente largo para usar en asador sin quemarse las manos. Y la calidad de los materiales es de primera Totalmente recomendable!!!

Me parecen duras y un poco más pesadas de lo adecuado para resultar cómodas. Yo uso mucho pinzas para cocinar y a veces palillos chinos por lo que pensé que estas pinzas eran lo ideal, pero no las siento cómodas. A ver si con el tiempo…

Excelentes pinzas de acero inoxidable, muy utlles, bien elaboradas, traen un recubrimiento de caucho que ayuda a que no se resbale de la mano.
