First time Catan Player

This game is a very unique game. I would compare it to a cross between Monopoly and Ticket to Ride. This game has provided many hours of fun for the family, although there is a slight learning curve to it. The packaging was nice, I would recommend you search amazon for "Catan Accessories" you will find very nice holders for the game pieces.

Cards Only

Our Catan game is well used. Instead of buying a whole new game, this was a great fix for our cards that are no longer shuffleable.

They do not match the 3D versions cards

These cards are with a blue image on them while the 3-D version has an orange image on them. You can see the image if you look real closely at their picture on the binder of the carton for this product. So I am gifting them to a friend.

Excellent product, but note the differences in editions

After the kid poured juice on our cards, I searched for a long time for replacement cards and did not find any. Until I found :) Very pleased with the product, quality, price and delivery time, but it is important to note that the back of the card is different from what I have (and maybe you too). It does not matter because it is not possible to know what resource it is when the card is upside down, but it is worth knowing.

Shipped quick and on time. Cards are same as the original box and seem fine thus far.

They look great but they are thin.

I purchased these replacement cards just to supplement my current resource cards. I recently purchased the Catan base game and both the Seafarers and Cities and Knights expansion packs. These replacement cards as well as the ones with the base game are a lot thinner than the ones that were in the expansion packs. I would definitely recommend sleeves for them. A few of my friends also have Catan and their resource cards are thicker.....obviously from an earlier edition. I'm not too pleased that they made the cards thinner. Is that the reason why they made these "replacement cards" available??........because these new thinner ones won't last as long, therefor forcing you to purchase new ones to replace them?

Great Purchase - should have done it sooner

I wish that we had bought the extra cards when we first purchased our Catan games. When we play with the expansion packs, you get extra cards, but there doesn't seem to be enough. I ordered 2 sets so that I could throw away the old tattered ones. Great purchase!
