Cute calendar. Worth buying

Wish they had stickers for 1st shots and more dr appt stickers. Also some of the prompts don't seem to apply for 1 or 2 month Olds. But every baby is different so might be useful for other parents. I like the calendar aesthetic. Has slots for pictures each month which is nice. Overall good purchase and worth it.

Adorable and Customizable

This is just adorable! It's hard to tell from the Amazon images, but all of the illustrations, borders, etc. look like they are hand-stitched which gives it a really cute effect. It also comes with a page of stickers in the back that include things like, "Finds hands", "First tooth", "Visits grandparents" etc. - plus stickers to label each month so you can start on your child's birth month. It actually has 13 months so that you can track events from birth through their first birthday. You apply the names of each month to the top of each page (so you can start with whichever month baby was born in) and month 13 is called "Happy Birthday!". In addition to showing the monthly calendar, each month has room for a photo as well as space to write about things such as baby's eating habits, sleeping habits, favorite things, height/weight, and what they've learned during the month. It's a really cool alternative (or addition) to a traditional baby book. I actually find myself jotting down little things on most of the days, such as "Fell asleep watching football with Daddy" and "First Road Trip", and noting when visitors come by. There are also pages in the front for a family tree, and space to write about the day baby was born, vital stats, etc. Overall it's a neat little keepsake and hopefully one that our baby will enjoy years from now when he is all grown up!

Practical solution!

Love this, as a support for filling out a baby book later. Make it easy to note down the milestones when they happen, and then elaborate on them later in the memory book.

Nice monthly profile set up but stickers are huge

Overall very happy with the calendar. Great monthly profile you can add for dislikes/likes, monthly photo, learning how to, feeding schedules etc. biggest complaint is the sticker size. I feel the stickers are huge and take up an entire day. I also wish there was a little more variety in the stickers for other milestones.

One of the best gifts I was ever given was a calendar like this For every new momma, i get them one. So much easier than a baby book that no one uses Hang it in the room. Record with stickers. The first tooth, the first rollover, the first of anything

Use it as daily journal on nursery door

I love this in lieu of a bigger baby book because i can write a quick note about baby on the date something occurred (e.g. slept better night before, outgrew NB diapers, etc.) in addition to using the provided stickers to note more common milestones (e.g. one month old, grandparents visited). I hang it on the nursery door at eye-level so I can jot a note whenever I find a moment when I am coming or going throughout the day. A friend gifted me a similar calendar for my first baby and I appreciated it so much because the first few weeks are such a blur afterward but I could look back over my notes and remember a little bletter what took place. I purchased this calendar for my second baby and have enjoyed it for the last 7 weeks since he was born. It is well-made and has pages similar to a baby book such as a family tree diagram with places up to great grandparents. I would buy again!

Great replacement for baby books!

My mother recommended that I use a keepsake calendar versus filling out a baby book. She had filled a calendar out for me, and we both agreed that it was a great way to track milestones and make notes about day-to-day life with a baby. I purchased a CR Gibson Keepsake Calendar for my first and really enjoyed filling it out/adding the photos/stickers to make it like a scrapbook. The information within the calendars has been great to compare between children. I purchased the "Made with Love" version for my second. It is gender neutral and beautifully designed. There are a few pages at the front for the family tree/birth story before the calendar starts. There are 13 month pages and a page of stickers (with the month names & milestones). The pages are thick and easy to write on. The areas where you can add your photos are square; I would have preferred the space to be rectangle (like regular photos). Because the areas are bordered, it will look weird if I go ahead and use regularly sized photos. Lastly, I find the "this month you discovered/your feeding schedule. etc" area to be pretty small to write in. Often I run out of space and need to continue in-between sections. I did not find this with my son's CR Gibson calendar (a different version), because the pages/font/writing space was larger. Made with Love has a lot of borders that take up a lot of space on the pages.

Small monthly photo area

Super cute! Only issue is the spot where you put your monthly photo is smaller than 4x6 so you have to cut the photo smaller or adjust the print size.
