Soothing & Great Shade

This is my daily choice for soothing dry lips and still having a beautiful but subtle lip color. There are many color choices. I like the fig shade.

Definitely more shimmer and less color

I didn’t think there was a change in formula and thought that it was only a change in the outside packaging, so I was surprised to find out that there is definitely less color and more shimmer/sheerness compared to the original version. I noticed one other review that mentioned this and wished I checked reviews before getting the 4 pack. You can see the difference in tint in the picture but it is even more apparent on the lips. I actually bought it for the fig color, so I’m a bit disappointed but still rate it high. The peppermint flavoring leaves your lips with a minty feel for the first 30 mins or so.

Not the same color

I love Burts Bees! It is a great moisturizer and with a bit of color, however this item is not the same color as the last ones that I purchased. They have changed the color. I prefer the previous color which is just a bit darker.

Still a great product but the color is different

I have used Burts Bees Lip Balm in Fig for years. It's great to put on while running errands, going to the gym (i have zero natural color to my lips). To me this is mid level sheerness - certainly not a lipstick but it's always had more color than most balms until this batch. Not only is the color more sheer it's more of a pink/mauve than the brown/pink it used to be. I like it - it just wasn't what i expected with my history of buying this product in the same color for years.

Great gloss and color

The media could not be loaded. Love the product but the box it came in was so ugly and plain so not too good for gifting. Should come in better package. The product is very moisturizing , quite sheer and the color is great.

I love the color. Isn't as strong as regular lipstick but is very nice and sheer and moisturizing. Will buy again!
