Best feature was price

It was reasonably easy to install. Instructions were just OK. Took longer to get the old one out that this one in. The alternative spray mode turns off at low pressure. I would prefer the setting stay until changed. The pressure and temperature mix is a bit to touchy. It is hard to get it where you want.

Kohler never disappoints

Quality costs money. I've replaced several Delta faucets with Kohler because I don't have to worry about leaks or it lasting for years. This faucet went in easily, setting it up was easy too. It had the escutcheon plate I needed and came with the soap dispenser too. Not much more than the Delta version and the quality is much, much better. One reason it went in easily is the design under the countertop. Simple attachments for the hot and cold water and clipping in the hose and adjusting it was simple. Typical Kohler experience.

Beautiful!!

I was going to get a white cast iron sink and a matching faucet set but after removing the old sink the house came with, I was told there wasn’t enough support and would need a cast iron sink. I found this faucet set that looks so nice with the cast iron sink. It’s just beautiful!! I’m almost glad it didn’t work out with the cast iron sink!

Flow control while nob is at high temperature

This is a very good quality product. Handle controls both Temperature and flow but it is set up such that as I push lower the fow the the handle moved to middle. I.e. I can not have high temperature with low flow nor cold with low flow. As you move the handle to low flow then it moves to the middle with cold and hot mixed.

Water lines tagged backwards.

I love the faucets but my plumber went by each line was tagged but they were tagged backwards. Cold was actually hot and hot was actually cold.

Great Faucet!

I am very pleased with this faucet. My plumber installed it with great ease and it upgrades my kitchen sink tremendously. Great to have the sprayer function which was the reason I purchased a new faucet in the first place. And - it was cheaper than the Home Depot price which is what sold me.

Easy installation

My husband installed this faucet and he said instructions were easy to follow. Looks great on my brand new renovated kitchen!

Very nice faucet, but the magnetic docking system is missing!!

Very nice faucet, easy to install and works great! But it was suppose to come with a magnetic docking system. The magnetic docking system is missing!! The hose weight brings the sprayer head back to the neck but that magnetic click is absent. Not sure what to do, awaiting a response.
