Gorgeous faucet, terrible installation instructions, one huge flaw
Pros: this faucet looks amazing with my Volga Blue granite. I have cabinet pulls that are the exact same shape. We installed it with the lever to the left so it doesn't interfere with the sprayer. Visually I absolutely love it. Cons: the instructions are horrible. No where does it tell you need an adapter because it does not have standard connections. Plus it didn't even tell you the size of adapter required. The parts list is bubbled but not indicated by number in the written instructions . The biggest flaw is the aerator is made of plastic! The instructions tell you explicitly to remove it with a coin and run water for one minute to flush out debris. As we attempted to remove it, it broke! (See pic with broken piece next to #7) Since we have this installed there is no way we are taking it apart to return it. So I now have the inconvenience of going direct to the manufacturer to get a replacement. Would I recommend this for a kitchen remodel? Yes, I would. Honestly it is beautiful and swivels firmly from one sink to the other, not loose at all. The sprayer has a fantastic flow, just the right pressure. If it wasn't for cheap plastic aerator I would give this a 4. Better instructions would have had a rousing 5 star rating.

The faucet itself is fine and looks nice but I'm giving it a 3 because of how annoying it was to find an adapter that worked. The line connections coming from the faucet are rigid copper that have a female end on them so you need an adapter to go to to your waterline which is also a female. It wasn't that hard to install at all but I kept getting a very small leak between the copper line from the sink and the adapter which was really annoying. I had to take it apart a couple of times to get the right amount of tape on the threads.

Customer service is poor, company doesn’t stand behind their products
Purchased this based on look and finish, after 2 months of use we noticed this finish peeling buy the handle. Kingston warranty doesn’t cover the finish of their product only “parts” according to their service department. I was told I could purchase a replacement handle.

Matte finish is chipping off
After only a few year's use, the matte finish on the on and off handle is chipping off. Not good for such an expensive faucet. Beware.
