Not really tape... it's just plastic ribbon
Worked exactly how I needed it to. I was using it as directional flagging. It's not "tape" that you would use to stick something together.

It did what it was supposed to do for the price it was very affordable and serve the purpose

NOT FLOURESCENT! ... Will only moderately stand out if marking Trees etc.
I ordered several rolls of these for marking trees on my property and while the quality is what I expected and they will work as they are a relatively bright Green, don't expect this stuff to stand out with any kind of Fluorescent glow. I even lit them up with a very bright 365nm UV Light and there was absolutely no glow to them at all. So Yes, If you need different colors this stuff will work, but if the company wanted to be truthful they would call it "Bright Green" and omit referencing Florescent as the product flat out isn't.
