Incomplete Packages

I ordered two of the food warmers and when they arrived, I was missing a top for one pan and in the other package I was missing the little umbrella. I don't understand how packing something up you wouldn't have a check list to go by. Now I am wondering how in the world I can get the missing pieces without having to send it all back again.

Half Way Works/Not As Expectes

This unit doesn’t heat as it should. Not sure why. The first one I have also had the temperature degrees on the knob. This one just has 1, 2 etc. If I had know it was so different I would have purchased one locally instead.
