Comfortable

Purchased for use doing disaster relief in South Florida where I knew I would be outside hauling a lot of debris. The visor stayed put and was light weight and comfortable. Also, kept sweat out of my eyes

Couldn't be happier!

First, I'd like to describe the product. I'm an outdoor lifeguard, so when I initially began searching for a visor I had some basic criteria: i needed a visor that was adjustable and unrestrictive, had a thick enough band to keep sweat out of my eyes, and was sturdy enough to last through daily use. I'm happy to say that this meets and exceeds my expectations. My criteria were met, the quality of material and structure are far superior than I expected, and it delivered within the given range of dates. I've bought visors from stores such as old navy and walmart in person and the quality of this one comparatively is apparent, which I really appreciate considering the low price. Second, I had a mix- up while ordering and accidentally requested two. I put in an appeal for a return and within two hours the seller closed my return. At first I believed that meant their refusal, but upon reading the email I realized that instead they had issued a full refund without requiring return of the extra. I am more than satisfied with the construction of the item and the customer service of the seller! I will undoubtedly be buying from them again.

Not sure why the listing says "Women's"

Just a clarification. I got a black one and the label clearly states "Adult". No mention of gender or sizing anywhere. I have kind of a pinhead (Size 7 hat) and very short hair (#3 blade guard where the hat sits) and the visor is adjusted such that the two overlapping hook/loop pieces match perfectly. So I'm right in the middle of the size range. Other than that, well, it's an inexpensive visor. I like it, but it's a bit stiff. There's some rigid material in the non-bill part that ensure it keeps its shape and I'm not sure I like that. I wear it exclusively for running and it feels a bit "substantial" these days. It'll be fine in cooler weather.

Very happy with fit

Overall I really like this visor. It's comfortable and fits well. It's contoured to your head so no itchy or pressure points on your temples. They have reinforced the forehead piece so it doesn't flop or wrinkle. It's not any cooler than a non-mesh visor but it's not bothering me. I haven't really sweater in it profusely yet but it seems to be decent quality so hopefully it's durable.

Women's visor--a bit small for a man.

I usually wear visors when I hike or do yard work, but I finally wore my favorite visor to shreds and went shopping. I didn't realize this was a women's-sized visor. The difference is that the brim is narrower than I prefer, though the Velcro band is long enough to fit a man's head. The Augusta Sportwear Mesh Visor is well-made, though it should incorporate considerably more padding on the forehead sweat band. I'm going to rate this four stars because they were so coy about the gender design and the anemic sweat band.

Perfect

I'm at the river every other weekend in the summer I've gone thru so many visors that are ok, this visor fits perfect, great face protection and I've even jumped in the river in it and it doesn't get floppy or out of shape. My definate go to visor ????????

good style and look; adjustable visor

I needed a cap because I wanted one for running and jogging. Caps generally just don't look good on me because of the rounded dome. When I buy regular brimmed hats, I get the ones with a flat top. This velcro-adjustable visor is the perfect solution. I tuck the back closure right under my ponytail. The bill is very stiff and the band is quite comfortable. Although the workmanship (stitching) isn't the best, the quality of the material is good. I really like the black one I got but will also get the dark blue as backup. Great value.
