Updated review: The amazing castile soap is back. THANK YOU AROMA NATURALS!!!! TRULY. I absolutely love it and appreciate it. It is better than bronners in my opinions and I love everything about it!! Previous review: 1 star Why? It was such an amazing product before they changed over to this 4-n-1 sticky garbage. I tried it on my hair, as soon as it touch my hair there was instant stickiness. So, I tried to wash with my regular shampoo and conditioner to get rid of the stick. No luck. Still uber sticky. I really just want the amazing castle soap for a body wash back. Super bummed, but it was great while it lasted. Guess, I'll be going back to bronners. Please, please, please make your tea tree eucalyptus castle soap this size available again. It was such an amazing product.

Good Product, Crappy Customer Service
I've contacted Aroma Naturals a few times from their website and never hear back. Normally this makes me not trust a company and figure I'll give my business to a company that cares. I've ordered from AN for a long time so they get off. This handsoap smells great, cleans well and washes off cleanly without residue. It also leaves my hands soft.

I am a pharmaceutical & skin care products producer in Oregon & I also use cannabis sativa in my products. Shampoo is one of the products I don't really like making and so I wanted to test this one to see if it would be usable for my clients and patients. Here are the stars: * I thought the fragrance was great, no problem. *It make an incredible lather which one usually doesn't find in 'natural' castile soap products. *And you get "squeaky" clean hair...Picture is 3 days after use & still shiny. However, I have a problem with the ph... even diluted (which I did 1 shampoo to 4 distilled water) the ph was over 9. As a healthy scalp is between 5-6 ph , I had to give this product a 3 star instead of 4. I am basically a 'no-shampoo' person... I only use shampoo once a month, use very little soap or surfactants on my hair and this product did get it clean, just a bit too alkaline for me.

They changed the formula!
We've been using this for years and loved it. The new soap is creamy, leaves a buildup, and smells different. Packaging is also very different with a clear bottle and cream colored label. We had this on recurring Amazon order, so receiving a totally different product than we'd been receiving was concerning, made worse by the fact that we really don't like the new product. Some might enjoy it, hence the 3 stars, but for us this is a huge disappointment that we paid for one thing and received something we didn't want.

I like it. It is a good quality multi-purpose soap
I have very sensitive skin and I have to be very careful about what kinds of soaps and lotions I use. I have used other Castile soaps before with success, so I tried this one because of the other natural ingredients. I like it. It is a good quality multi-purpose soap, and it doesn't irritate my skin. I enjoy the fresh, clean scent as well.

Use it for hand soap
Smells nice. I use it to refill my foaming hand soap dispensers but I've read Castile soap has many uses so I might be trying it around the house for other things as well. I like to DIY my own cleaners so thought I'd try it out. Works as a good hand soap but it does leave my hands a little dry.

New formula is great
They seemed to have recently changed the formulation, so I'm adding a star. It used to be runnier, and now it seems to be creamier. Same scent. Works just as well. Have used it for a few years because of being sensitive to some products. Love this.

Awesome fragrance awesome price
Really lovely, especially for the price! My only quibble is the consistency... Lighter than water and runs right through your fingers. I wish it were thicker or a gel.
