Nice pan
I wanted a deeper pan for making lasagna and this fit the bill. It is not as long as a regular cake pan I used to use for lasagna but it is just fine. I have discovered the lasagna pasta that you do not have to precook. What a time saver and they cook up just fine. If you use these precooked sheets, lengthwise it will take two sheets to fill one row. Width wise it will take 2 1/2 sheets across. So in total, you will need six sheets per layer. One box of pasta will not not give you four layers. But this pan can take more than four layers if you make extra filling. Very happy with it and you can use it for roasting a chicken too.

Worth the low price.
I love the depth, the handles, the cover and the spatula included. Its just to thin, my 1st batch of Lasagna was perfectly browned on the top, The bottom center was blackened. This portion of the bottom of pan is Engineered with a raised section to strengthen. Its my only guess as to why the center bottom was blacked and the sides were not. I cooked on a 3/16 inch cast iron pizza "stone" thought that would be a good idea knowing the pan was on the thin side. Any ideas??

has a plastic cover,be better if it was metal. Get a rack that sits inside pan, that makes it an OK for value, otherwise it wouldn't be a value

Awesome roasting pan
I bought this at Christmas to roast the turkey but this Pan is amazing and easy to clean. I would recommend since it is easy to use not only for roasting a turkey but for baking lasagna and other large dishes. I love it

lid
The plastic lid does not fit or snap closed. I think food left in this pan will dry up when the lid does not seal. This is a great pan that needs a better fitting lid!

Great for the price with one caveat
Perfect depth. I can do a twelve layer lasagne in it easily. It’s definitely has to be soaked to clean because it’s obviously not nonstick (and I didn’t want nonstick) HOWEVER the lid doesn’t seal at all for storage. It lays on top period. I covered with aluminum foil and the place the lid on top just so I could store it in the fridge and put another item on top without crushing the lasagna.

Just what I needed for my lasagna!
This pan is awesome!!! Now I'm able to make my lasagna without holding back on the layers and do not have to worry about it overflowing all over the oven. It really is a great size, but kind of thin and not very sturdy. There is room for improvement, but, overall, this pan is a winner and I've already ordered another one. Let's see how they hold up...

Perfect roaster
This roaster was probably designed by someone who understands the roasting of meat. If you put a lid on it, you are not roasting. You are steaming or boiling your meat in the oven. If that's what you want to do, slide a sheet pan over it. The pan does not have any unnecessary weight so you can safely lift it out of a hot oven with a large roast. The shape and size are perfect for household cooking. The spatula that comes with it is an exceptionally generous size. Does anyone know if the rack is stainless steel or chrome?

Great lasagna pan
Deep pan to prepare multiple layer of lasagna. The storage lid is not tight fitting. Because I read the reviews, I was prepared and ok with this fact as it still saves me from having to use seranwrap or tinfoil.

Great value!
As stated by others, the plastic cover does not seal, but just sits on top of the pan. I fully knew this and still highly recommend this item. Made one of my best multi-layered lasagna without any spillage. The spatula scooped us large & heavy portions perfectly. It cleaned up beautifully and easily afterwards. The stainless steel is thicker than I expected from the reviews. Great value!
