People notice and compliment often.

I get a ton of compliments on this watch. I have like 5 other watches bought around the $3-400 range but this one gets compliments every time I wear it.

Whole family pleased with these watches.

My family has several of these in different colors and styles. (as parts of those reviews are below for other colors) This is for the black or dark charcoal color. My husband really likes this watch. He works in a wet environment and is really pleased that he doesn't have to take this watch off to get his work done. Its lightweight, more functional than your average digital, and makes a grown man happy. What more can I say? My son who has Autism really loves this watch! His favorite color is RED, so he is tickled pink that the whole watch is colored to his liking. Its easy for him to read because its digital. And he is enjoying learning how to use the stopwatch function. And then most pleasing is that he tells everyone he has a "Transformer" watch. He relates the design to many of his favorite toys, movies, books, and characters. Some kids can see things we adults often are blind to. Whatever his reasons, I'm happy that this has become a comforting, engaging, device for him.

Two time zones, alarm, chime, stopwatch, and EL light. A little busy, but very functional.

At 1.8 ounces, this is fractionally heavier than Puma's lightest watch offerings. While the watch looks rugged, it's really meant to be a sports watch that can take a few knocks. The main presentation is a little busy with its AM/PM indicator, day, date, time, and seconds, all combined with a fractionalized circle that runs through a 10 second series of meaningless displays. There's a stopwatch function, second time zone capability, and alarm/chime settings as well. The background electroluminescent light works nicely for use in dim and no light situations. One problem is that the manual included with the watch doesn't actually apply to this watch, so it takes some trial and error to figure out how to set the time (hold in the upper left button for a few moments until the display blinks into a setting mode), or how to turn on the hourly chime (push upper right button until you see the chime notification once you're in the alarm mode). In case you happen to forget what year it is, you can push the upper right button while looking at the regular time mode. The nice part about the watch knowing the year (most watches don't) is that perhaps leap years are programmed in so you won't have to change the date setting every four years. The watch body is plastic with a stainless steel back (four screws release the back for battery changes), and the silicon strap is comfortable. The red color is bright, but not luminescent. Overall a nice sports watch from Puma, but needs to be packaged with the correct set of instructions, and I'd probably ditch the meaningless circular display within the display, or perhaps set it up to actually mean something.

Solidly built fashion watch that will last

This is undeniably a fashion watch. From the bold color to it's size, this watch is meant to be noticed. Most fashion watches end up suffering from a lack of utility. Not so with this watch. The strap of this watch is rubber and has just a little give to it. It fits a very large variety of wrist sizes and is attached to the watch face in a way that pretty much ensures you're never going to break the band. The watch face is very large and easily viewable. It has a night light for added visibility. The face is LCD and features time, seconds, day, date, alarm, secondary time, etc. Basic features, but high in utility. Water resistance is very good. You'll be fine to swim while wearing this watch. It's most definitely NOT suitable for diving, though. Overall, I really like this watch. It's not something I'd wear for a night out, but it's definitely suitable for everyday wear. Recommended 4 stars Cheers!

a high quality but expensive digital watch

This watch is quite nice looking. The band is strong and the watch contains all the features of a normal digital watch including stopwatch, timer and alarm. It is very thick though. It is a full 15 mm (5/8 inches) thick. It is also very expensive for what you get. It does come in white which is somewhat rare so this might be a selling point and it is very sturdy, another selling point. All in all, while this is a good watch, you can get similar quality for less money. I recommend this watch for someone who wants a sturdy well designed white watch.

A great sports watch

I like this watch and think my husband is going to love it. It's a great sports watch with digital action. And I like that it's in a white color.
