Good value when on sale, confort can be improve
This hard does it job, but the suspension strap that came with it dig into my scalp when tighten. Their full brim model has a different suspension that are more comfortable compare to this. Dock one star for that.

Worked great. Worth the money. Used it to do the tree trimming. No chin strap included. If there was a chin strap included would be a 5 stars ratings.

Good Hardhat
It is a good basic hardhat. Simple to install the liner. It has two height setting on the two rear liner tabs. Manufacture date stamp is located on the inside top of the helmet. Mine was made the 11th month of 2021. I put a screen face shield on mine to do chain saw work. I think some folks are trying to install the liner tabs backwards so maybe the picture will help. The only thing that I dislike is that the hardhat sits a little high even in the lowest of the two settings. I have not put the hat in service yet so the durability of the hat and ratchet liner is yet to be determined.

Sturdy, comfortable, nice color
We actually purchased these for our grandsons who are enthralled with construction equipment! The fit great- are adjustable and stay on well. Great colors. I’m sure they’d be a perfect work hard hat as well

Good hat, fits well, holds on
I like this hat. It showed up on time and in good shape. The only assembly is to attach the inner liner to the shell of the hat. There is a dial adjust that adjusts the hat to your head and this works pretty well. I wore the hat for 2-3 hours a day for about six days in a row and was quite happy with the hat.

OK for occasional use or for site visitors
I bought this on clearance for under $5 and it was a good value. I wouldn't really want to wear this while working on a job. It runs a little small. This is an appropriate hard hat if (1) you occasionally need one when going on a work site briefly. (2) You want spare hard hats for site visitors. (3) You want to have a hard hat just in case for use in an emergency, during a natural disaster, etc...

Shell is great. Liner? Terrible.
Who knew a hard hat could be so complicated? For the price I paid for this, I'm going to keep it, but if I had paid full price, this would be going straight back. I'm wondering if there are different versions of this being shipped as some reviewers couldn't be happier, while others complain about the liner. Mine has a poorly designed (or possibly defective) liner. with the straps in place, there is nearly a 3" gap from the top of your head to the hard outer shell, and no way to adjust how loose/tight the straps are. What this means, is the hard hat sits very high on the head, and aside from looking silly, it's not going to stay in place as well as one that fits right. As with others, I was determined to solve the puzzle and spent way more time than I should have trying to fix it. Surely there must be an adjustment or a way to loosen the straps a bit? Nope. This one's a real mystery to me. If the straps were just a bit longer, it would fit perfectly. As it is, I wonder how it could possibly pass any type of quality inspection. At full price, I'd definitely pass on this one, and look for one that fits right.

Bought for fun
Basically I bought this as a joke gift but it seems very sturdy and has the cage that snaps in. I however am not strong enough to do this but I’m sure the recipient can.
