Received wrong size

The shoes very nice and comfortable but they send wrong size and i can’t return it back as shipment will cost 62$ when i contact the customer service in the beginning they said will refund the amount without return the item later after 10 days still not received any refund so contact customer service again and they said no its not possible as i have to return it back very bad they change their mind really amazon was very disappointed from you the first time and it will be the last
